The indoor heated pool was a perfect way to unwind after visiting nearby historic sites. Breakfast had great options, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. The two queen bed suite was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay really enjoyable.

One downside was the lamps in the room blocking the plugs, which made charging devices a bit tricky.

The staff were great and friendly.

Upon arrival, the room wasn’t as booked. I was given a single king instead of a double queen, which was very inconvenient for my family of four. The room had cleaning issues, with the bathroom needing more attention and the towels appearing stained. The elevators were also hit or miss, getting stuck and requiring odd methods to function, which added unnecessary stress to our stay.

i was shocked that they didn’t automatically upgrade my room for the trouble. my phone didn’t work, and the lamp by my bed was also out. there were signs everywhere about parking, yet no one seemed to follow them. if only the staff paid as much attention to details as they did to the breakfast. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Breakfast was adequate with a few pieces of bacon served by the really good kitchen staff. The kids enjoyed the spacious pool, which required more seating. Our room featured two comfortable queen beds for a restful stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The parking lot has confusing yellow line markings, and many parked right in front of the entryway anyway, making access tricky. Housekeeping left some areas a bit neglected. towels had stains that you wouldn't expect at this price point, dampening the overall experience.
